How lonely do you get?

I didn't want to give the patient iv sedation in the OR during a procedure so that I could talk to them. But they were too anxious so I had to.
Sounded really depressed too.

I spend most of my time pretty lonely. I don't have an easy time making connections with people thanks to the way I grew up. :)
