I'm sick of being alone. I'm not introverted enough to handle this kind of loneliness.

Yes, it does suck. Very much so. Even as a young introvert/extrovert mix, it was soul destroying. Maturity, experience, and becoming more introvert has helped me accept it, and handle it better, but it’s still no picnic. At your age, it tore me apart, so I understand. Now, I just lose hope in a resigned way, and tolerate it, while losing brain cells. Isolation is extremely damaging.
