You gave me something really interesting to think about, and I think you're onto something...

It makes me wonder though, wouldn't it be annoying if one of your fun toys started feeling lonely or worse, demanded (by asking nicely for) attention you didn't have time or energy or desire to give it?

I don't "let" this happen. It does that all by itself.

I only ask once.

Usually they just don't answer me, let alone bother reading my message.

I'm sure there's a good reason for it.
