It depends on your course. My first driving lesson was on the training field. Right next lesson was in the traffic and it was a horror. But of course, your instructor takes over whenever he sees you are doing something wrong. Just never randomly slam on the breaks in the middle of the road or touch any pedal when your instructor tells you to release everything.
