Ever Wake Up...

..., feeling great.
And then in a matter of a few short hours find out that today just isn't going to be your day for one reason or another ?

Just got a text that work is also cancelled today for no real reason....
Of course, it's rent week, and now I'll be broke once I pay the rent....
Good times, good times...

Slipping and sliding
Living while dying
Smiling while sighing
All the while trying

Hoping and praying
Demons I'm slaying
Dance while I'm swaying
Not much to be saying

So I twist as I turn
And in fires I burn
Lessons I learn
Of lessons unearned

yes … life has many life lessons and each day its not the waking up part is what’s
there waiting for us when we are wide awake ,but as the day passes it teaches a lesson to be grateful and to smile and to be thankful ,that tomorrow is another day . On these days lots of 💃 to dancing 💃 is required

Life is going to drag us along with it anyways, so may as well make the best of it.

But today is likely to be filled with unanswered questions and less than stellar contemplations.
Not quite likely to offer me many nice moments.

But hey..., there's always tomorrow, right ?

The vague hope that things will work out and there will be booze and food , and still a roof over our heads .

Its funny how being an adult is so sucky at times - all this autonomy within a stranglehold of commitments .😆

It does suck. I have 30 hours in already and was staring a decent 45 hour week right in the face...
It would have been nice.
