Has similar world's saved your life?

I joined in the midst of my seperation in 2020 shortly before the pandemic and then it became a community from which I derived a lot of support living completely alone and without my family due to distance or friends due to the pandy . The friends I made and things I've learned through others experiences helped me stay true to my choices and keep going at school and work and everything I am responsible for and that earns me my freedoms . @HannibalAteMeOut and @AuRevoir were my support system ,we spend many hours talking ,mainly about life ,and helped each other make good choices ,or so I'd like to think. I'm in a place now where I get a lot of interaction from my physical friends and work and school,since most things have turned to 'normalcy' ,whatever that looks like today, but I still enjoy this place on my free time and find myself seeking support at times. I never needed saving ,but it gave me that social interaction and support we all seek and need at a time that was very isolating for me

I can’t say for sure. No instance comes to mind but there are times it has given me comfort, hope, a place to vent, camaraderie, giggles, and distractions

So done with similar worlds.

Has it saved yours? For me, not saved. Helped. It's like a writing app with more interactions than usual. It's a medium.

In a way. It really helped with the isolation and depression when I was stuck inside a lot.
