I think we should start teaching kids that their hopes and dreams will never be real
This way they won't become disillusioned later in life

No we just have to teach them new hopes and dreams. Sure one kid might want to grow up to run a successful cupcake business, but now he has to hope to die boldly fighting psuedofascist Patriot Cyborgs in the garbage wars of 2040.
