If there's a manual in life for puberty, would you have read it?

I'm considering actually writing a book about life struggles and lessons I got growing up, especially the part in highschool.

It felt awkward at the time, like I was trying to find a place for myself, be part of a circle that I didn't even know if I wanted for the rest of my life.

Life and time bring perspective. Still, if someone were to tell the younger version of me some things, I wonder... I wonder.

At the time? Most definitely yes.
I remember at one point that sleeping was my favorite part of the day. Not because I was lazy, no, but because I didn't want to face the world. I must've been only 12 or 13. One movie that I loved watching back then was Peter Pan as I could relate a lot to Wendy & Peter. I didn't want to grow up and go through the transitions from childhood to adolescence. They confused the hell outta me. It was a difficult period. Also, I was very much into reading in general.
