I Believe Life Is a Life Long Lesson

This Virus just made us realized how simple and fragile life can be. What the end result is going to be nobody knows, but a lot is going to change after...Hopefully for good.

I think it's important to remember two things.

1. We need to hold governments to account for their handling of this crisis.
Their flat refusal to see this as anything other than An economic issue will have cost lives. Because they didn't enact life-saving-procedures quick enough. Favouring to 'save business first'.
And THAT will have drastic consequences for the future.

The second is that Never again can we allow care services from Elderly Care Home Workers to Child Minders to Teachers to Nurses to Doctors to Social Workers to Police Officers to EMT's etc. to be so close to the bottom rung of society.
They MUST be given EVERYTHING they need to do what they do regardless of the costs.

If you're prepared to throw TRILLIONS at wealthy business people, you MUST be prepared to do the same to those who keep your society functioning

@Picklebobble2 On Point! I knew that was the reason for the Trillions the very moment it was mentioned.

Well you are more optimistic than I am.. I think people forget really quick.. once they go back to their normal lives we will all be as selfish and shallow as we were before.. sadly.. .

@Adaydreambeliever Oh, same here! Just trying to look at it from a very positive side, cos that's all we need now. The downside is not something one should even ponder on. It's self-explanatory.
