I Believe Life Is a Life Long Lesson
I feel kinda sad when people equate happiness with having children.
The point is if YOU are happy, your children will be too.
But what do you think that says to people who are not happy and have no children either? That we should have had them? That we are better off dead?
That the children are better off without us?
That we don't deserve to have them if we are not happy?
Is it a blanket condemnation?
The truth is ALL children will be unhappy campers if WE do not somehow IMPROVE life and the environment and all that.
How can we be proud to bring children into this world the way things are?
What kind of a real future do they have?
