Is this negative or just true?

For every good day there's an equal and opposite bad day?

Only if you allow it xD
Always add at least a sparkle of something good, even to bad days. A bad day with even a moment of smiling is making it gentler ^^. Always.. always find at least one thing to smile for, no matter how small. We need hope, gratefulness and purposeful action to stay resilient. Most days can be good days... if you look hard enough for the subtle joys :)

"Are you feeling okay?
Yes
It will pass"😀
Mindful · 56-60, F
@Crys76 awww.( It did pass. If you're talking about me,)

@Mindful It was a joke. To make you feel good again.

@Crys76 it worked! Thank you!

More on the true side I'd say. My grandpa used to say "After laughing comes crying" .....:)

@Adroneandastrain it makes me think of the recent World Cup outcome... the losing team is having a tough time with the losing...they had climbed so far and high...(I think they did great but now they're at the center of attention and being hyper analyzed for their shortcomings)

@Mindful Hurts to lose when there's been so much preparation and growth to get to that point. A time needs to be set aside for quiet reflection, and when they'd do that, they'd start remembering what matters most, their families for example.

@Adroneandastrain yes. I hope so.

If you turn it around it becomes positive, yet means the exact same thing. 🙃

@Nightwings good point
It sound’s like Newton’s third law of emotion.

maybe for someone else elsewhere

More like a mindless bromide.
