My bestie in Australia says the rapture didn't happen

I told him maybe it happens on east coast time.

There's still hope the Christians will be raptured so we can create a more peaceful, happy world.

I need to contact my friend whose wife was convinced that yesterday was the day. He didn’t know what to do so I suggested he just prepares this day and show compassion and support when as expected nothing happened.

@FreddieUK i was telling my bestie about when I was 5 or 6, my sister told me there was supposed to be an asteroid that was going to hit earth and kill everyone. I was absolutely terrified about this and panicked all day and wouldn't sleep that night because I didn't want to not wake up. My parents weren't comforting, just telling me my sister was being stupid and trying to scare me. That didn't help at all.

I also think about how I got CPTSD and this is probably one more piece in the puzzle. Scared and no comfort at a very young age.

@FoxyQueen I’m not sure that this scare has hit the northern hemisphere. I noticed your friend is in Australia and mine lives in New Zealand, so perhaps it’s something circulating down there.
