I like to try to help people in their problems .

But it is different thing my own problems are enormous , and I m not able to help myself in any .

But when others are comfortable , or happy because of my help , then it commonly makes me comfortable as well .

Someone once said to me that sometimes it seems easier to focus on other people's problems than work on your own.
That made me think about why I seemed to make myself too available for other people’s shit.
Setting up boundaries was a tough thing for me to learn how to do.

@Adrift If you care for someone , then yes maybe you might dwell for their shit ,
but yes you must have a border before which your comfort is important too .
