We're all 'damaged goods' in some way shape form or another when we get to 40+ !

It's called life experience - it's never always a bed of roses. We get hurt and burnt and all find different ways to cope and move on. Some people find that very difficult, some find it very easy.

I believe you're right... By the time we get to 40ish, I'm certain we have ALL been dealt some lousy cards.... Life experience makes us grow... and I feel the secret lies within how we learn and cope with these experiences. 😊
