anyone want to help me dream about starting like a commune to help battle homelessness

i was thinking about it lol. id rather live in my own house with a a big fence. but i thought still a worthy use of brain power to think about what it would take to start a commune to help battle homelessness.

youd need: land, dwellings, water, air conditioning lol, a food source... what else?
acceptable toilets in the dwellings. electricity would be nice

There's a fundamental flaw in your plan. A comune involves a lot of work and commitment from its members. I'm not sure you'd get that from a bunch of homeless people.
