anyone want to help me dream about starting like a commune to help battle homelessness

i was thinking about it lol. id rather live in my own house with a a big fence. but i thought still a worthy use of brain power to think about what it would take to start a commune to help battle homelessness.

youd need: land, dwellings, water, air conditioning lol, a food source... what else?
acceptable toilets in the dwellings. electricity would be nice

I like the way you think.. I was considering my own large home might be a good emergency housing situation for a family with kids. To get off the street or excape abuse. I made a couple of initial enquiries through charities and found out the hoops and hurdles who make it completely impractical and cost me tens of thousands to set up, before we get to all the security checks..😷
