@Musicman Working on it. Came close to one. The body was original, but the running gear and engine were not.

They ruined it by installing a modern Inline 4 cylinder engine from a 2004 Chevy S10

@HumanEarth Now that should be criminal! 😡 One thing I have noticed is the older cars are not as desirable. I guess the younger generation wants newer cars like from the 80's that they can identify with. This should help you find a more reasonably priced truck.

@Musicman Nothing wrong with 70s and 80s cars. I like them to, I grown up with them

@HumanEarth Exactly! For me it was the 60's and early 70's cars. We all want the cars from our youth. That's the problem with your model A, the people of that era are all dying now so the value of them is dropping as the demand drops.

The hardest part is to find one with original running gear. I been finding them all hot rodder up, chopped lowered and muscled up

@HumanEarth I see a bunch of them here in Florida at classic car shows. Two other places to look would be Hemmings and Gateway Classic Cars.
