Two News Stories This Morning In Oklahoma Involving Young Boys…

@Musicman I have no idea. I lived in the university apartment complex and there were a lot of families there. A Nigerian couple had twin boys and they were about 3 years old and would escape out of the apartment. The lady was talking to my daughter and said that she had put a sliding lock at the top of the door but if she went to the bathroom and closed the door they would quickly move a dining chair to the door and stand on it and reach up and slide the lock open and get out. And that a campus police officer had found them at the Lloyd Noble Center (basketball etc there) wandering the parking lot one day and brought them back to her after asking around to see where they lived. I looked out the window one day and their father had watched and caught them outdoors without there mother in the little park between our apartments. He got a little stick and was tapping their behinds and they were crying like they were getting beat, he was talking to them all the way back to the apartment. It wasn’t like either parent was neglecting them. They were little opportunists and they were quick.

@cherokeepatti My dad would have wore my butt out with his belt. I definitely wouldn't have done that again.

@Musicman Well they were only 3 years old and they were crying like he beat them so maybe they were learning a lesson there. I think the mother was the main one to discipline them so the daddy doing that made it seem worse.
