I Am Fascinated By Disturbing Stories And Imagery

About a month ago, I went to the local park to the lost and found for my satchel. When I asked for it and they went to bring it, I heard that they accidentally dropped my things and picked them up and so, pretending not to hear that, I just thanked them for bringing my satchel. My bag had a note saying, brought in 24th July 2016. I think its a great idea that they are writing the dates. Anyways, when I unpacked it, I saw a diary in it that was not mine and the date on it said that it was brought in 2001 so I guessed this person had really forgotten about their diary. I started to read it so maybe I could find an address in there so I can return it to the person but ever since I started to read, I have been seeing that this person was a monster to his/her children, I want to stop but at the same time I wanted to know how it ends like, does this person ever feel guilty or what. I am so disturbed that sometimes I dream of the events. should I burn this, throw it away or just give it to the lost and found
