I Hate Being Lied to

So is witholding considered being lied to also? By withholding, I mean NOT telling someone the truth.

If so,then i hate it when people withhold.

I agree with you Convo but I also believe if a person is withholding something or information knowing it could help or benefit another then it's lying right?
