I Hate Being Lied to

So is witholding considered being lied to also? By withholding, I mean NOT telling someone the truth.

If so,then i hate it when people withhold.

I don't think so. I don't believe keeping things to yourself is necessarily lying. What is dishonest is knowingly leading someone to believe something that isn't true (without saying it of course).
