I Hate Being Lied to

So is witholding considered being lied to also? By withholding, I mean NOT telling someone the truth.

If so,then i hate it when people withhold.

@sunscape I think *withholding for the purpose of deceiving* would probably be the key indicator. That's my feeling at least.
