I Hate Being Lied to

So is witholding considered being lied to also? By withholding, I mean NOT telling someone the truth.

If so,then i hate it when people withhold.

Serenitree- I'm leaning more towards if one knows imformation that really needs to be passed on due to the situation then by all means pass it along.

Although, actions are a clear indicator.
