I hate when people say things like “cherish your childhood being an adult sucks”

Some of our childhoods were worse and adulthood and obtaining our own freedom was the best thing that ever happened

Yes. Parts of childhood I loved because it was a strange time, and it was interesting the way my mind perceived things etc...

But now I am not vulnerable. I am stronger and free to remove myself from situations I don't want to be in
