Hi, petitegreeneyes, I agree totally, I was with someone once & she could tell some right whoppers. I only ask honesty of people & I am honest in return

I have to agree with this; honesty is certainly the best policy. Although I think trust involves more than being honest with someone.

I think being truthful is fundamental to a good relationship :) I can understand not telling something if it would cause upset and is not essential to say, but other wise yes, honesty is the best policy.
