I Have Had a Bad Childhood

I was gonna say me too. I lost my mum and sister a year apart and that overshadowed the good stuff that came before. I had bad experiences in childhood but there were also times, early on, when I was happy and felt safe and loved.

To honor your mum and sister - is to have a happy life. They would be happy that you are happy to be alive.
Then build up your self -worth and self - love.
Get to love all that is you, know you, build up your worth of self.
All of life is constant change, flow with change.
Know that your career, your home, your hobby, your money, are a small aspect of you. Under all of this is your true self, your self that is love.

To be
To be you (if you dare)

@SoFine Thanks. On good days I can reflect that illness and sadness took two beautiful lives away. It took too many tomorrows away from them. I am lucky to have those tomorrows. But sometimes the task of contemplating those tomorrows is overwhelming

@lostandalone It won't be nearly as overwhelming when you find some support. Everything seems daunting when you face it alone
