I Am Going On Strike

I'm not going on strike but I have. I'll call it 'The Homework Strike of January 2015.' It all started here on EP. A friend of mine, Ellie made a cheeky post about not liking homework. Of course loads of adults didn't hesitate to jump down her throat and cause a fuss about how she's stupid to make a big deal about homework. At fourteen years old, we should just love and appreciate homework after being at school all day! Haha. I must add that it's amazing how moronic adults can be! It ended up that three of us decided to go on a 'homework strike.' One of the girls doesn't get very much homework to begin with and I'm not sure how much Ellie got because she had a hard time getting on EP. I even had loads of students at my school get involved which helped because everyone was on strike so some teachers assumed we were all having difficulty. In my case, the strike lasted for two weeks until I was caught out and I had 27 assignments due! I was amazed that it lasted so long but the worst part was that I had actually planned to catch up on my homework the weekend I was caught. I have my older sister to thank for me getting caught because she heard about it and told my dad who talked to the school. Well, I did catch up on my homework that weekend...about half of it was done sitting on a sore bum though! Lesson learned: homework strikes are a bad idea!
