I Have Many Little "Accidents", Injuries To Self, Property

This is not me -- it's a friend. Are there other people who have large numbers of little incidents that look like "accidents" around them that are destructive to them or their property? Where some of them seem very unlikely as pure accidents, they're so strange? My friend has had so many "little things" that seem to attack her, or be deliberately destructive. It could almost seem like "gremlins" or something actively doing it.
