I Love Aesthetics, Creating, And Customization
My favorite colors are purple/violet/pink, a slightly orange yellow, greens and blues with mixes of them and different shades/tints (Like teal, cyan, turquoise, etc). In no particular order. I really like black and white too, they're not considered colors in some areas though, black isn't a color regarding light, and white isn't really a color regarding light absorption and reflection. I think I like black more than white, but, and if I were to choose between something with mostly black or mostly white I would choose the thing with mostly black, I like seeing the two together though, I like the sharp contrast, as well as liking black with silver, and lots of other colors (I like white with pretty many other colors too). And also like red, it's just not my favorite color is all, for me it's not so much about the color its self but the color together with it's surroundings, contrast levels, being complimentary, and such. I know I have thought too much about it, I've thought much more than this about it, I just really like aesthetics and and appreciate colors, textures, tints, styles, and complexity of things, I'm an artist personality type (ISFP), so that's to be expected. I'm similar with sound/music. Sometimes I can't stop staring at things or going back to look at them a tenth time. xD
And since I'm a gamer as well (I don't game nearly as often as I used to), I tend to look at armor/equipment, character models, and graphics/art in the game environment/gameplay, like the GUI, terrain on the map, NPC's, and monsters if there are any. And this does mean I look specifically for games with good graphics; it doesn't mean I always prefer better graphics or higher resolutions in games or anywhere else The story line (not too much, I watch anime and read manga for that usually), gameplay, and design matters. I'm someone that might spend half an hour to an hour in character creation if there are enough options. Even more than that because I'll probably create multiple characters if I can. Also, I love fictional characters and creatures.
I've been getting back into pencil on paper drawing recently, I think the drawings came out alright, my skill has somehow raised over the past several years without me drawing anything that way, lucky me! Maybe drawing on my computer indirectly affected it, since it was still drawing, even though it was with computer mice and software'. I've been designing and drawing things digitally for the past few years, 4 or more. Before that I would use pencils and coloring pencils most of the time when I wanted to draw. I liked creating in general, for instance, a few of the first games I got into were Age of Empires Gold and Age of Empires II Complete/Gold. My oldest brother (I have two brothers as my only siblings) had both of them and I loved, I mean LOVED the map/scenario creation/builder, I would make them for my brothers to play through whenever I had the chance. The customization was great, you could completely transform the map, you could make island with plenty of resources, make an oasis, make sea walls and towers guarding docks, etc. Oh, and you could create a story and set it up as well (you could create mini-games within the game as well, at least in AoE2, it probably wasn't as easy to do such in the first Age of Empires game. I never really tried making mini-games in the first one myself).
And I like writing because I can create stories and poems, my imagination can go wild and think of anything and I'll just write down the best things I think of (in my opinion). Then I can transform those ideas into a story or something. I would usually come up with ideas along the way as well, that's something I wish I would do more of as well as composing sounds/music. It's a world of insurmountable possibilities yet we only have a finite amount of time here and we don't seem to deviate very much with our creativity, that includes me (although, there might be an infinite amount of alternate dimensions where every single other possibility is reached).
