I Will Never Puke Out Of A Car Going 90mph Again

Many years ago, in my heavy drinking days, we had a place we liked to frequent which I’ll call the Fish. Anyway we were celebrating something, I think it was my scuba certification. So in the course of a few hours I managed to consume 13 Heinekens each with an accompanying shot of Jaagermeister, 5 upsidedown margaritas (that’s where you lean back on the bar and he pours the ingredients into your mouth and you sit up, shake, and then swallow) and a few other drinks that I don’t remember. Obviously I wasn’t driving that night, my friend Rick was.
Rick had the choice of two cars that night (both his dads) a 67 convertible Mustang and a brand new (at that time) 1990 Ford Festiva. Fortunately for the Mustang we chose the Festiva. As you might imagine on the ride home I wasn’t feeling to well, so I tell Rick I’m gonna puke. So he says “ roll down the wind and puke behind us”. Well I lean halfway out this tiny car with my face 4 inches from the road (we’re doing 90 mph) this is one of the few moments I clearly remember from that night. I let lose of all the vile nastiness in my stomach and not a drop of it hits the road instead it all gets caught up in the vortex of wind encircling the car. It was like driving through a vomit tornado, he had to turn the windshield wipers on for christsakes, and since the windows were down it got all over the inside of the car too and us too of course. We spent hours cleaning the car that night, and the next morning, but the smell never entirely left the car - especially on hot summer days. The 90 mph winds jammed that stuff into crevices where it'll never come out.

Oh, that is so disgusting. I had a 1977 Trans Am when I was younger and a friend who could not control her alcohol. One time she started vomiting and I pulled over and rolled down the window but she threw up in the very deep pocket of the door instead. I paid my brother to clean it out but it took months for the smell to go away
