I Think Green Day Is A Bit Self Ritghteous

Sheesh.... I created a group and didn't write a story for it.

Guess I should.

No specifics just yet but I think that bands like Green Day are quick to bash the system that helped make them and gave them the freedom to do just that. Can it be improved? Hell yeah! But.....I think they should go spend some time making their millions and preaching their sermons in an environment not quite as receptive to the message.....then come back and let's talk.

I don't think they believe any of what they write.

They aren't self-righteous. They are bullshit artists. Not to mention the fact that everything they've done in the last 8 years sound exactly the fucking same.

I'm agreeing too :) Think they basically saw a gap: it's easy to criticise, and people like easy. I too reckon they just saw the $ signs for the taking... Also YES to the second point. You finally opened a place I could share that feeling :) TY.

a fair suggestion, but mom mailed these across the border for me. couldn't stop til the box was done. she even made them with ghirardelli chocolate chips. soooooo necessary. it was a sanity gift. nonetheless, i like your little story thingie. *licks fingers*
