I Knew You Regreted Saying It

At The Very Moment.... The words tumbled out of your mouth before you even thought about them. As soon as you did I knew you wished you hadn't. No doubt the intention was good but the follow through was going to be severely lacking.

No worries. You had all day to think of an out and I saw as soon as you walked in the door it was in play. No "Hello" or even "How are you?". I tried to make it easy and acted as if it hadn't happend. I guess it worked because you went to bed with no mention of it.

I really wish you wouldn't do that. You mean well with your words but your heart isn't there. Better if you don't say anything at all. Please??
