I Am Redhotcrazy Wearing Heart On Sleeve Hear Me

I found this poem a while back, and I'm at a point now I can say there is truth that applies to me...

While my ex-husband is newly engaged he still has sent me emails alluding to how much he misses me and that he still thinks of me. When I reminded him I just want him to leave me alone and move on he sent dramatic song lyrics about how I've forever changed him, and it just goes to show I'm "that girl"...And it proves more to me that I'm worth a lot more than he ever made me feel, only he realized it too late.

I'm happy that I'm just me right now, that I'm learning how wonderful of a person I can be when I just remember to appreciate me for who I am.
