I dont understand why daleks were considered so dangerous in the original series because they can only role run upstairs and your safe.
Also although they can fly these days why has the armour not changed in centuries the daleks are just little slimy things so their round armour is not essential/

Also how come after all this time they still have such a small language knowledge

exterminate, destroy, I obey

I am also amazed children used to go hide when they saw the daleks not exactly the scariest creatures
