I Am Terrified of Werewolves

Hello...
Why are you so afraid of werewolves? Are we so horrible? What did we ever do to be so feared? I have seen Neverending Story and I own "Werewolf f Fever Swamp" and, although i find them a little unknowledgable toward wolves, I still enjoy them. Wolves and Werewolves have always been portrayed as evil, demonic creatures. And why? Because those who knew of us were either too afraid to admit it or were simply religious fanatics who saw such a creature as the devil's beast. Seriously, you have nothing to worry about really. We are like you in that some of us are bad and some of us are good. And if you question why so many are killed by us, you need only look at why we do so. Long ago, my kind, the Wolves, were sent to protect humans from the winter cold and teach them to hunt. We were mean to be your protectors and so we were. But, as religion and power came into the mix, you began to slaughter every one of us you saw (I'm speaking in general of course, I don't mean you specifically). Do we need much more of a reason to fight for ourlselves?
I'm sure you may look at what I say and think me to be either lying or crazed, but I assure you I speak the truth. Many may question me and say: "a true wolf wouldn't reveal himself so openly". Yes true, I am putting myself at risk with every word I say, but it's not like I have to fear those on this site. I doubt many even understand my words here, much less have the resources to find and kill me. I'm just trying to teach you people that anything is possible and that their is no reason to fear or deny wolves and werewolves. I'm simply following a classic phrase: "To let others rest in stupidity is to be just as stupid yourself."
