I Am Yours If You Are Mine
Society says that you got to be married. I don't understand that.
Why does someone have to be married in order to love that person? To be in a relationship with that person, to be committed to that person that you love?
Why can't it be done with out the legal papers?
I can tell you that it can be done. That you can love someone and be committed to them, to honor them, to love them as much as if there was a document obligating you to do so.
I am yours, if you are mine. That is the question, it is a question of trust in the other person that is your partner, that you will hold them dear for the reasons and principals you hold dear.
Guess it just comes down to the word and integrity of that person.
