I Still Have No Heating Or Hot Water

My gas heating engineer has been here for four hours this morning.. But still cant fix my water boiler...so still no heating


and no hot water ...
he will return tomorrow.. With some new parts ....but if that don't work
...we will need a new boiler .....eeek.....
