I Aim To Have A Relaxing Day On Sunday

I don't get a lot of personal "me" time...
I work from Monday - Saturday in the evenings...
I care for my mom nearly every day...
I run a small business

I have no idea where I get my energy to carry on...but the needs of many outweighs the needs of the few...

I rest when I can... Even if its only for a little half hour here and there....

But Sundays are "my" day....
I usually don't set the alarm
But I'm still awake reasonable...
I amble downstairs...
Tidy round and feed the cats...
And after my shower and shave...usually have a little breakfast...a meal that usually passes Me by....

Now...the only plans I have got lined-up for tomorrow is to pop into town to buy some new trousers for work...

And at some point early afternoon, pop up the hospital to visit an old lady friend who isn't very well at the moment...



And the rest of the day ...is my own...

I'll probably pop over the park with my camera ...Just shoot whatever comes my way...
Maybe watch a film....catch up with some of the tv I may have missed during the week...

Mrs expresso usually prepares a nice meal...
And its just nice to spend some time together....and relax...
