I Have Weird Parents

'Not too loud' is what my mother just said to me. 'Not too loud', I try not to be too loud or obnoxious when I speak but i'm convinced that my mother thinks other people might be listening to the conversation we're having. It's either that or she thinks she's being watched. I understand having to turn music down while she's napping or doing yoga or whatever but this weirds me out. It's like she's got a secret that she's hiding from me, a sinister secret at that.
