I Hate Software Crashes

Ugh. Stupid IMVU. Yesterday it started crashing like heck everytime I tried logging in and I am dying internally without it, I need it to create my characters and I CANNOT simply wait for them to fix this. The website works but the program just keeps crashing. Even reinstalling it doesn't do anything, ugh....someone please just fix the thing before I lose my mind.
