I Broke A Bed Whilst Making Love

Young and very much in love we set up home together in a private, rented flat. It came furnished which was just as well as we started out with virtually nothing.
We made love often, well, all the time really and one Sunday morning, during a particularly feisty romp, the bed collapsed at one side. After the initial shock, we both couldn't move for laughing. In fairness, upon further investigation it appeared there was a part missing from the old style bed and it was only 'balanced' in place. Fortunately my partner was a patternmaker and was able to fix it but I will never forget the shock when it happened and we never told anyone about it, until now!
