Feeling Anxious

I don’t want to feel this way.
I want to feel relaxed.
Calm and happy.

I’m going to go after my happiness
And if someone loves me that’s all they would want for me
Happiness

Things I can do
Exercise (hate this word)
Eat more healthily
Sleep on time
Develop a bedtime routine
Have meal times.
And try and spend time with some friends.
