Feeling insecure and depressed

Today kind of hit me and I feel like I’m a nuisance for some reason. I’m feeling very insecure and I haven’t felt this way in a long time but I also want to hide away from everyone for a while and not even answer anyone’s calls as well as my boyfriends and I know I shouldn’t do that but I just don’t feel like myself right now. 🙁😞😔
