Feeling like I lost something and don't know what it is.

I have this empty feeling in me a lot lately. When I'm really busy I don't really feel it but always on Sundays when there isn't much going on it hits me.

I used to feel that way long ago when I lived on my own far from my family. It was hard to deal with the Sundays. I ended up moving back to my hometown.
