Why does my brain decide to flash back painful memories constantly. I don't understand why.

@YukikoAmagi been diagnosed by the mental health doctor that I see; alongside my phycologist. It hasn't been properly assessed by a Psychiatrist due to a long waiting list unfortunately. I've been doing therpy for over a year. I've been told it's a long road to recovery as I've experienced traumatic event after traumatic event.
I've also been put down as having borderline personality disorder also.

@Unbound97 bpd comes from getting hurt and no closure, no resolution...you're supposed to absorb and rationalize all that..I mean really..and to label someone like that is indeed a putdown
when they mostly can't do that grief and closure therapy and drug people up instead and/or get them locked up...
