I Am Not Alone, But I Still Feel Alone

I k ow I have a few close friends, and of course family, but...I just feel like I annoy them to be honest idk, I do t choose to feel that way I just do 🤷‍♂️ like all I do is mess up and anger or annoy those around me.. kinda sucks ya know ?

Sounds like depression with that last bit, bro. Chances are you aren't half as annoying as you think. Unless you can think of specific, sound reasons you might be found annoying?
