I Feel So Alone

As the days go on it gets harder,can't bare it anymore. You can be in room full of people and still feel alone, you can be married or in a relationship and still feel alone. But why? I just feel like a sado,it's like a lifeless life. Nights are the worst.

You need to learn to spend time on your own.. loneliness doesn’t feel as bad when you enjoy your own company!

@SW-User rearly I enjoy my own company but some nights can't describe the feeling. Them nights when you cry yourself to sleep you feel so sensitive the next morning.

I use to be like that all the time I got a dog, meditated daily and now enjoy my me time! @Pxrsiancat3

What age did your loneliness go ? I am 23 and it's been quiet a while since I've been feeling like this

I’m 41 now but the past few years have been much better .. I spent.most my life feeling lonely tho! @Pxrsiancat3
