@WildHeart No i mean my body will refresh automatically AFTER 5-7 hours and i wake up..if i lay there then i just lay there but i dont sleep...IF i was to sleep for 10 hours i am sick.

@black4white I went to bed early yesterday (9 but almost to 10) but then woke up at 3:30 AM this early morning.
