How to get appetite back?

It has completely gone. My sister has a mental illness and had another psychotic episode last week which meant police got involved, I have had dental problems and I am worried about my job. I have barely eaten since last week.

:( I was wondering how your sister was doing. Still making things impossible to cope with, I'm sorry to hear. I had hoped time would have allowed her to grow and heal a little so that you could as well.

It has been worse than ever. Cops at the door, as many as 4 one weekend. I must tell you about it soon. @Whymz

I have managed to log back into mine so tomorrow, I definitely will. It's been an unbelievable few months and not in a good way.
