how do you flirt with a man??? after being so hurt many many times.

its really hard to do that after being heart broken by someone you really loved deeply. this guy is nice and gentle. i can see it in his eyes. but.... we work together... so i really dont know what to do otherwise i would've been more blunt by now.

Just be yourself. Smile. Make eye contact. Listen. Be available.
But keep something back. Let him discover you too.
